Compliance statement
We are deliberate about the boundaries of what we offer. This statement sets out what Genyra does, what it does not claim to be, and how we keep AI responsible.
Genyra L.L.C-FZ operates within its licensed activities: AI software design, AI research & consultancy, and AI developing. The notes below describe how we stay within that scope and work responsibly.
What Genyra is
Genyra is a software company. We design and develop AI-powered software, automation systems, AI agents, communication software and secure digital platforms, and we provide AI research and consultancy.
What Genyra is not
We do not present ourselves as, and we are not, any of the following:
- A bank, payment institution, crypto exchange or money-services business.
- A telecom operator or messaging carrier.
- A licensed financial, investment, legal or medical adviser.
- A certified cybersecurity auditor or penetration-testing authority.
- A government body, regulator or certification authority.
- A provider of guaranteed outcomes or guaranteed breach prevention.
Regulated sectors
Where we build software for regulated areas - such as healthcare administration or financial operations - we frame it as software, automation, administration and decision-support with human-in-the-loop workflows. Qualified, accountable people make regulated decisions; our software supports their work. Where relevant-authority approval or professional oversight is required, that remains the client’s responsibility and we design with it in mind.
Responsible AI
AI features are decision-support tools, not autonomous decision-makers. We design human review and approval for consequential outputs, document each model’s known limitations, ground assistants in approved sources, and keep behaviour observable through logging and audit trails.
Honest representation
We do not publish fake testimonials, case studies, clients, statistics, awards, certifications or guarantees. Where we describe capabilities, examples or future plans, we say so plainly.
Security-aware, not certified
We apply security-conscious engineering practices, but this is not a security certification and we do not guarantee that systems cannot be breached. For formal assurance, penetration testing or certification, we recommend engaging appropriately accredited specialists.
Questions
If you are unsure whether something fits our scope, please contact us, we would rather be clear up front. See also our AI Disclaimer and Licensed Activities.
