AI Disclaimer
Our position on artificial intelligence: what it is for, its limitations, and the human oversight we build around it.
Last updated: 22 June 2026
Genyra L.L.C-FZ designs and develops AI software. This disclaimer sets out how we think about artificial intelligence and what it means for the systems we build and the information on this site.
AI is decision-support
We treat AI as a decision-support and productivity capability, not an autonomous decision-maker. For anything consequential, we design human-in-the-loop review so a person remains accountable for the outcome.
Known limitations
AI models can produce output that is plausible but incorrect, incomplete or out of date, and they can reflect biases present in their training data. We constrain where models are used, validate their output, ground assistants in approved sources, and design systems to fail safely rather than confidently inventing answers - but no AI system is perfect.
Not professional advice
AI-generated or AI-assisted output, and the information on this site, do not constitute legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice. Decisions in regulated areas should be made by qualified, accountable people.
Your responsibilities
Where we deliver AI software, we document its intended use and limitations. Operating it responsibly - including keeping the agreed human oversight in place - is a shared responsibility, and the obligations specific to your industry remain yours.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results from AI systems, nor that any system is free from error or cannot be misused. We are transparent about this because responsible AI depends on it.
