AI opportunity audit

AI Opportunity Audit

Find out where AI would save your business the most time and money - ranked, costed and sequenced - before you commit to building anything.

Most businesses have two or three processes quietly consuming far more time than anyone has stopped to measure. An AI Opportunity Audit finds them, works out what they actually cost, and tells you which ones are worth automating - in what order, and roughly for how much.

We look at the problem before the technology. Sometimes the most valuable finding is that a process change, a cheaper tool, or no AI at all is the right answer, and we would rather say so than sell you a build. You get that view in plain language, with enough detail for your own team to act on it whether or not we do the work.

What the audit looks at

Where the time usually goes.

We tailor the focus to your situation, but expensive repetitive work tends to collect in the same four places.

01

Administrative work

The hours your team spends rekeying the same information between systems, chasing approvals and maintaining spreadsheets that exist because two tools do not talk to each other. We count them.

02

Enquiry and customer handling

How enquiries arrive, who reads them first, how long they wait, and how much of the reply is genuinely bespoke. Most inboxes contain a few questions asked hundreds of ways.

03

Document processing

Invoices, contracts, claims, applications, certificates - anything that arrives as a file and leaves as data somebody typed. We measure volume, handling time and error rework.

04

Reporting and internal knowledge

The numbers assembled by hand every week, and the questions your team answers by asking a colleague because the answer is not findable anywhere else.

How it works

From scoping to written findings

A short, low-effort engagement with a tangible deliverable at the end - no long commitment required to get clarity.

  1. 01

    Intake

You nominate the processes that feel most expensive. We ask what they cost you now in hours, headcount and rework, so there is a baseline to measure against.

  2. 02

    Review

We look at the work as it is actually done rather than as it is documented, alongside the systems and data behind it - including whether that data is clean enough to build on.

  3. 03

    Ranked findings

A written report ranking each opportunity by value against effort, with a 90-day sequence and an honest note on anything not worth automating.

What the report contains

  • Every opportunity we found, ranked by value against effort, with an estimate of the time and cost each one would save and what it would take to get there.
  • What to do first, what to leave until later, and what to leave alone entirely - with the reasoning, so you can disagree with it.
  • A recommended approach for each priority opportunity, detailed enough for your own developers to act on if you would rather build it yourself.
  • Where your data or systems need work before anything can be built on top of them.
  • Risks worth knowing about, and the points where a human needs to stay in the loop.
  • A 90-day sequence, and fixed-price options for anything you want us to build.

If your question is a different shape - whether a vendor’s proposal stacks up, whether to build something or licence it, what to tell a board - that is AI consultancy, not an audit. The audit is for finding the opportunity in the first place.

Cost

What an audit costs.

The fee is credited in full against your first implementation, so if you go on to build with us the audit effectively costs nothing.

Single process

$1,500–$2,500

One process, in a business of up to about 50 people

Multi-department

$4,000–$6,000

Several processes across more than one team or system

Regulated or enterprise

Scoped individually

Data residency, approval workflows or sector rules in scope

Guide figures, shown in USD. Scope moves them: how many processes, how many systems, and whether your sector adds approval or data-residency requirements. We bill in your own currency, and the figure in your proposal is fixed before any work starts.

Request

Tell us which process to look at.

Share a little about your situation and we will respond with how an audit could be scoped for you, and what it would cost. There is no obligation to proceed.

Compliance boundary

  • An AI Opportunity Audit is a software and technology advisory service within Genyra’s licensed activities (AI research & consultancy, AI software design, AI developing).
  • It is not a certified security audit, penetration test or compliance certification, and it is not legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
  • Savings figures in the report are estimates based on what we observe and what you tell us, not forecasts or assurances of a result.
  • Findings are decision-support to inform your own judgement; where formal, accredited assessment is needed, we will say so.
